Not only physical resilience is important, but also mental resilience. The more one gets to know oneself in stressful situations, the more confident one becomes in one's work.

The pioneering Advanced mental resilience training pushes the boundaries of the professional. The goal is to increase personal and professional growth and resilience.

The training has been further developed by the owner/trainer who is also a trainer of the Humane Control Technique.

Based on 38 years of experience in the field and as a trainer, this training completes what other resilience trainings miss.

In the training, reality is approached as closely as possible.

Practical situations are simulated and techniques are taught to trainees, whereby safety for both trainees and clients is paramount.

A team is not yet a 'unit'!

Advanced Training Team Interventions trains professionals to intervene physically as a 'unit' in a safe and humane way.

The trainees are presented with various tense practice situations. They will
first react and act in their own way, as they are used to/trained to do.

New techniques are then trained; for example, how to enter a room or how to 'talk' a person out of it. Depending on the situation, soft means are used.

Everyone has given a presentation or made a speech at some time or other. These forms of speaking have one thing in common: they can be prepared. This is quite a different matter when speaking in a crisis situation.

Owner/trainer has regularly acted in forensic care as a de-escalation support person (DEO), as spokesperson in crisis situations. He knows the fear, the tension, the nerves, the dynamics that this role can entail.

Speaking out under these circumstances is not easy.
His knowledge and experience are reflected in the training.

In principle, de-escalation is a regular occurrence.
Some are better at it than others!

Imagine: the team has done everything possible to de-escalate. The cooperative relationship stagnates, the team ends up in countertransference, there is an impasse! What to do now?
Question: Is there an option to break this deadlock and maintain the cooperative relationship?
Answer: Yes!
Option: A De-escalation Support Worker (DEO)

As a former De-escalation Supporter, the owner/trainer of Audentes
of Audentes was called upon in many of the situations mentioned above.

Question: Does it work?
Answer: Absolutely!

In this training you are more or less trained to 'transcend' yourself in escalating situations.
more or less 'transcend themselves' in escalating situations.

1. How do I keep my peace?
2. What is my attitude?
3. How is my intonation?
4. Am I listening?
5. Am I open to dialogue?
6. Does my attitude reflect this?

Congruence and authenticity are two of a number of aspects that can play a major role in de-escalating
