Introduce
The owner and trainer, Jimmy Saija, has a total of 38 years of experience at the correctional facilities, juvenile correctional facilities, Pieter Baan Centre, forensic psychiatry and general psychiatry. He also graduated in Applied Psychology with a specialisation in 'Training'.
Based on his experience in training courses in mental and physical resilience, and as a trainer of humane control techniques himself, he has developed the Advanced Training courses. These trainings focus on advanced individual and team interventions, which are carried out in a safe and humane way. Here, use is made of home-and-now tools and the innovative and humane Soft Restraints.
