The SEELS is a specialist lifting equipment used to lift and transport a person between locations.
for two main reasons:

1. For emergency evacuation, i.e. when there is an urgent need to move a victim out of danger (e.g. fire);
   
2. When Soft Restraint Belt (SRB) is used, this will be in conjunction with following the latest edition of the Safer Handling Restraint Manual.
